After the Program
Participants’ immersion in a community of people passionate about improving well-being and advancing free societies won’t end once they complete Liberty@Work. In addition to being connected with past Liberty@Work participants, they’ll join our alumni network and have access to the more than 2,000 people who have completed one of our professional education programs. In addition, during and after the program, the Institute’s employees work with participants to offer career guidance and advice. Alumni of our programs have gone on to a wide range of successful career paths in academia, government, and both the non-profit and private sectors. Alumni may also have the opportunity to continue working at the same organizations where they worked during Liberty@Work.
We also host networking events to give alumni and current program participants the opportunity to meet and network with other people working at non-profits at the state-level. In the past, we’ve hosted several state-based events, including one in Raleigh and another in Chicago. We also organized a reception for our alumni at the annual State Policy Network conference.
