Recruitment Strategy Specialist

In this role, you’ll partner with our communications team to strategize new ways and venues to recruit top talent for our educational programs. Responsibilities: • Build and maintain relationships with individual partners and organizational partners excited to advance societal well-being. • Explore new ways to collaborate and engage with traditional and non-traditional allies that maximize impact and reach. • Professionally represent the Institute at conferences and events and connect individuals with CKI’s educational programs. • Build and manage relationships within existing recruiting funnels while helping drive the strategy and growth of existing and new talent pools. • Drive communication and marketing efforts in partnership with the communications team. • Collaborate with internal teams and external organizations and leverage relationships with program alumni to further develop programs and program talent. • Apply strategic thinking and entrepreneurial skills in identifying new partners and investment opportunities and sharing knowledge across the organization.
