The talent relations team is looking for an energetic, detail-oriented assistant to contribute to and drive a variety of projects related to selection and growing the Charles Koch Institute’s educational programs. If you’re interested in project management or human resources and enjoy collaborating with others, we’re looking for you! Specifically, you will contribute substantially to the admissions process, interviewing, selection decisions, and talent assessment for the educational programs. You will also be responsible for helping to develop the Institute’s ability to select strong candidates for the programs. This is a highly collaborative and outwardly-facing role, with the potential for expanding responsibilities on the professional talent development team. Responsibilities: • Manage full-cycle internal admissions processes for the Koch Associate Program, Liberty@Work® , Koch Internship Program, and the Koch Fellow Program suite. • Regularly conduct interviews and participate in program sessions to identify and assess talent. • Contribute to the development of CKI’s internal selection capability by assisting in mock interviews, training sessions, and project management. • Ensure the accuracy and compliance of all interview-related materials in CKI’s applicant tracking system. • Help implement measurement projects for evaluation of the admissions process and selection team. • Assist with other projects that contribute to the execution of CKI’s educational programs.
