Program Officer, Free Speech and Toleration

We are seeking a Program Officer to advance civil liberties, building strategic partnerships to promote and defend these great concepts that are so essential to human flourishing and lasting freedom from oppression. As an integral member of the policy team, you will address threats to free expression and toleration head on, and build a legacy as an advocate for individual rights. If hired, you will collaborate with a motivated team to shift the culture from one that fosters conflict and coercion to one that values toleration and discourse between diverse people. This includes promoting free speech on university campuses, protecting press freedom, and strengthening institutions that form the critical infrastructure of society’s “marketplace of ideas.” This role will bring you into contact with, and enable you to support, the best advocates for a free and open society.
