This is a unique opportunity for a candidate with a demonstrated track record of superior executive coordination skills to support and advance important social change efforts with a high value and unique group of business and philanthropic leaders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide high-level of administrative support to external-facing executives
• Manage calendars, book travel, and coordinate itineraries and logistics
• Coordinate external guests and contractors, providing prompt and customer-focused service
• Keep the pulse on all on-going projects and their status, serve as the liaison between managers and the executives
• Serve as the single coordinative point of contact for Member’s Leadership Engagement Plan metrics and evaluation cycles
• Process invoice payments and expense reports for the executives

• Unparalleled attention to detail and an aggressive drive to take initiative, with the professionalism to interact with executives and external stakeholders
• A clear understanding of and passion for freedom, as well as the ability to think strategically about the communications capabilities
• 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Project Manager
• Demonstrated high-level of confidentiality, sense of judgment, ability to think on their feet and problem solve while maintaining composure
• Flexibility to respond to last minute, urgent needs, including occasional nights and weekends
