Leck Shannon is a program officer in the area of healthcare for the Charles Koch Institute where he guides all health policy and post-secondary education grants and initiatives.

Prior to joining CKI, Shannon led the healthcare program at the Mercatus Center at George Mason University, which has played a significant role in shaping many federal and state health reform efforts. Leck also was involved with a healthcare analytics startup that grew to be a leading firm in the industry.

Leck received a master’s degree in public policy from George Mason University. He received his bachelor’s degree from Auburn University.
